Bartholomeusz Kirwan Real Estate is an independent and locally owned Property Sales and Property Management business located on Racecourse Road at Hamilton.
Principal Jacqui Bartholomeusz purchased the real estate business in 2007 when she had become disgruntled with the service she was receiving from a local Property Management business looking after her investment properties and believed that she could offer more. Since taking over the Suncity Office she has grown the Property Management Business three-fold and now due to continued requests from clients started a Property Sales Division.
Bartholomeusz Kirwan Real Estate is a business that has our clients as our main focus – what is best for them, how we can achieve better results for them and how we can make their real estate experience pleasant. Property Management is the heart of Bartholomeusz Kirwan Real Estate. Principal Jacqui Bartholomeusz is involved hands on in the day to day running of the Property Management. Jacqui takes pride in personally knowing all of her Owners and Tenants and taking the time to view all the rental properties they manage. Bartholomeusz Kirwan Property Management team pride themselves on being able to achieve premium prices for their rental properties.
